Responsibilities:
Ability to successfully recruit, lead and build an effective teamExperience managing a portfolio with understanding of a P & L for a targeted gross profitIdentifying opportunities for landscape improvements in promoting enhancement salesUnderstanding customer's needs and expectations with managing a sustainable landscape planDriving quality and efficiency within operations teamsFull capacity with managing crews within budgetary man hoursProficient in job costing, budget management and forecastingAbility to estimate maintenance job costs for bid proposalsAptitude in demonstrating high level of customer service while maintaining customer relationshipsManage production schedule for assigned crewsProvide safe work environment and align with company's safety policies
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environmentKnowledge of operating equipment and preventative maintenanceStrong oral, communication and organizational skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook3 years minimum experience in customer service and management related experienceA degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture or Business Management is preferred
