Kastle Systems is looking for an experienced sales hunter to sell advanced technology security solutions to high growth National Corporate Accounts (Enterprise); that is, to fast growing companies that have several offices in multiple locations around the country. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new accounts and new verticals, as well as taking a lead sales role with some of Kastle's largest and most strategic client relationships that span across the country.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in an individual contributor and hunter roleBuild, manage, and develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets for new logo business and upsell/cross sell to assigned existing Kastle National accountsCold call/email and prospect using best-practices to identify new warm leads to increase the funnel of opportunities and develop new vertical markets for National AccountsThrough solution-selling and consultative, strategic sales approach, identify prospects and position Kastle's solutions effectively to be the solution service provider and win opportunitiesNavigate complex quoting, proposal, contract, and negotiation procedures to win opportunitiesBuild trusted-advisor relationships with prospects and existing clientsShare knowledge and experience with fellow team members and contribute to overall success of the team as a team-playerSignificant travel (25%) required for National accounts site visits
Qualifications

Bachelors DegreeProven success in growing revenue, penetrating a sales territory, achieving quota in a hunter environment3+ years B2B sales experience in tech solutions/managed service in commercial real estate and property management preferredWell developed prospecting and strategic/consultative selling techniquesDemonstrated expertise communicating with/presenting to all client levels, from operational through C-level executivesPrior experience and success in closing sales of complex systems or services with protracted sales cyclesFast adapter with CRM systems and company tools/technologiesAbility to perform a physical survey of commercial premises such as construction sites, parking garages, office building public spaces, tenant spaces, and roofsAn entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to work independently to meet goals
