Your Typical Day
Maintain department email
Calculate, post, and verify duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions
Verify and post details of business transactions such as funds received and disbursed
Assist with managing company/employee licenses
Maintaining up-to-date POs for contract customers and vendor W9 records
Reconcile Vendor statements
Prepare and process packages for mailing
All other duties as assigned
What Will You Bring?
High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to verbally communicate with customers
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond accordingly to departmental needs
Spreadsheet and Word processing software (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
