IDEAL Industries is seeking a highly skilled Accountant with supervisory experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting the team in enhancing efficiencies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities
Prepare and post monthly journal entriesPrepare monthly account reconciliations Ensure timely and precise financial reporting Generate financial statements and forecasts for management reviewMonitor and analyze monthly operating results, proactively recommending areas for improvementCalculate monthly sales incentives and commission paymentsSupport ERP system implementation and optimizationPrepare and file government and Census Bureau reportsAssist with internal and external audit processesManage and track fixed assets within D365Provide accounting guidance and supervision support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operationsEnsure compliance with GAAP standards in all financial transactionsPerform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA certification or license is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in accountingSupervisory experience in AR or AP preferredExperience with D365 preferred
The expected annual salary for this position is between $75,504.00 and $101,553.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
