Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the daily management of Concur-related processes and procedures, as well as the overall operations of the department. The role includes direct supervision, training, and professional development of staff, ensuring efficient and compliant business practices.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership by applying sound accounting principles, maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations, and establishing procedures that promote exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include effective verbal and written communication, development and maintenance of web content, and a strong working knowledge of enterprise systems and applications.

This position plays a key role in supporting the division's and department's mission by promoting operational transparency, responsible stewardship of university resources, and alignment with the University's strategic goals.
