Position Title: Accounts Payable Support - Temporary Role

Reports To: Operations Controller

Location: Richmond, VA (on-site)

Position Summary:

The Accounts Payable Support role supports operations of the Finance department through data entry and administrative duties, primarily assisting with Accounts Payable functions in a multi-location environment. This role will act as primary backup for Accounts Payable duties and may also assist in other Finance areas, as needed.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
Assist Accounts Payable Specialist with timely and accurate entering and payment of intercompany and third- party vendor invoices and other A/P duties as needed. Monitor multiple email accounts and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Provide administrative support to other functions of the Finance department, as needed.Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience:

High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. One year minimum of relevant Accounts Payable experience required.
