What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing daily support and strategic guidanceDevelop and execute customized account strategies in collaboration with internal teamsAnalyze client data, manage monthly reporting, and recommend cost-saving solutionsOversee fleet service enrollments, vehicle ordering, and fleet database managementResolve issues efficiently while ensuring a superior client experienceParticipate in process improvement initiatives and represent the voice of the customerLead client-specific special projects and support ongoing program growth
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in fleet management, leasing, or account/client managementExcellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordCAFS or CAFM certification preferredBachelors degree preferred
