Overview

Responsibilities
At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent5 years previous call center experience FDCPA knowledge preferredProfessional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skillsPositive attitude and strong customer service aptitudeAbility to problem solve and multitaskWillingness to maintain confidentialityAbility to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
