Work Location: Somerset ,KY
Compensation: $17-17.50/hour
The Team Lead will facilitate team operations by discussions through the sharing of information and knowledge, identification of teamwork issues, development of problemsolving recommendations, and recommendations of standardizing team operations. Please Note: This role is on-site at our Somerset, KY location.
Responsibilities
Exceeds all monthly collection goals assigned by managementAssists Collections Supervisor and Manager with forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals for each collector, by assigned client and/or business typeManages the auto-dialer, letter campaigns and production logsAssists with the preparation for, and the conducting of team meetingsAssists the Collection Manager with daily tasks to include building team strategies, escalated phone negotiations, reporting and performance trackingMaintains performance and collection records on all Collection Specialists, including but not limited to collection activity, dollars collected, and goal trackingSupervises, motivates and oversees collector call monitoring and training of assigned collections staff both one on one and in a classroom setting. Provide/document all training, and feedback provided to staffAnalyzes overall staff performance to determine strengths/development needsProvides management with a summary weekly of completed activities and accomplishmentsMaintains compliance with all client contractual requirements and policiesSuccessfully completes required Management Training courses and related projectsEnsures compliance with all Federal, State and local laws applicable to the collections industry as well as ACTH policies and procedures
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent requiredA minimum of 1-year in a collector/production role preferredSupervisory experience a plusStrong work ethic that exhibits high ethical and moral standardsAbility to supervise and effectively train staff membersCollections systems knowledge a plusMust be able to communicate effectively and manage time effectively to ensure production standards are always maintained
