Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Houston office

Compensation: $18-19/hour

In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients as well as other TSI departments to handle requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors to provide a positive first impression.Research data to reconcile account specifics. Review new enrollment applications and established programs for accuracy.Handle and respond to daily customer correspondence.Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax and mail.Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports.Dependent upon position, demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platform/systems.Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws \ regulationsKnowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures.Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.Make recommendations to implement improved processes.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent of relevant work experience desired.Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office requiredExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills requiredMust have professional and mature manner, have a "can-do" attitudeAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialityAbility to work with minimal supervision requiredAbility to work in a team fostered environmentAbility to work in a multi-tasked environmentAbility to prioritize and organize workAttention to Detail
