The Account Coordinator will work with our customers including patients, referring physicians, Health Systems, Physician Groups, Worksite Clinics, Occupational Health organizations to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Account Coordinator works under the direction of the Manager of Account Management and partners with other members of the Customer Success team as well as other key stakeholders in our internal departments. (Such as the Product, Marketing and Sales teams). The Account Coordinator Is the subject matter expert on the BetterNight dashboard and internal process flow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure orders are processed effectively and efficiently from consultation to PAP setup for assigned accountsUnderstand BetterNight's operational workflows and support territory manager(s) and customers in understanding and adhering to themMaintain solid understanding of Brightree, the BetterNight dashboard and ClarityStay current on BetterNight's products and servicesAssist in onboarding new accounts and referral sourcesEnsures that our processes drive exceptional customer experience with mechanisms for measuring, improving, and reporting on themAssist territory manager(s) in providing reports to physiciansWork with various departments to resolve complaints and escalations from patients and customersAnswer questions and provide updates to territory manager(s) and customers regarding ordersGain insights from customer feedback and shares insights with the Director of Customer SuccessWork with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes and objectives
Qualifications & Skills
Associates degree preferredAt least 2 years experience working with key accounts/customer success is preferredProven work experience working with an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role is preferredSolid experience with CRM software, MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and Google SuiteCompetency in analytical problem solving, customer/partner relationship managementMust be detail oriented, organized and neat in person and habitsMust be able to work remote efficiently, productively, and professionallyMust have strong attention to detail and follow up abilitiesProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills

$20.00 - $24.00 / hour DOE
