Description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative General Ledger Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our financial records, supporting strategic decisions with accurate data, and helping shape our accounting processes in a high-impact industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter financial transactions and journal entries into the general ledger
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
Analyze financial data and support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Support the Controller and broader finance team with various accounting functions
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with audit preparation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and update documentation for accounting proceduresRequirements:
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
Solid understanding of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Experience with accounting systems - SAP and IFS experience is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills - both written and verbal
