Overview

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position. PST/MST residents only.

Responsibilities
Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accountsProviding thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or receivedSkip tracing to locate consumer contact informationCounseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligationsComplying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job dutiesComplying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and proceduresMaintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvementMaking recommendations to implement improved processesPerforming other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Experience with collections, customer service, sales, retail or just the motivation to learn a new skill A positive, friendly, demeanor who finds joy in everyday Strong communication skillsProficient computer skills The ability to work and prioritize independently
For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
