Overview

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Houston office.

Compensation: $15-16hr - Plus bonus commission structure

Training Schedule: 7AM-4Pm Monday - Friday 2 Weeks

Production Schedule: 11AM-8PM Monday - Friday + 2 Saturdays a month

Responsibilities

Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accountsProviding thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or receivedCounseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligationsComplying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job dutiesComplying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and proceduresMaintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalentAccess to high-speed internet required.FDCPA knowledge preferred.Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.Ability to problem solve and multitask.Willingness to maintain confidentiality.Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. We need you doing what you do best, reaching out to our consumers!Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
