What Youll Do:
Provide outstanding support to clients and the Client Experience teamManage client accounts and ensure all requests and timelines are met with precisionBuild and nurture strong client relationships, resolving concerns proactivelyUtilize CRM software and TotalView to track client support and vehicle transactionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client deliverablesAct as a liaison between sales, clients, and internal departmentsIdentify and recommend process improvements for enhanced client service
What You Bring to the Table:
Exceptional communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonalStrong attention to detail accuracy is key when managing multiple tasksHigh energy and a professional demeanor a client-focused approach is essentialAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdvanced computer skills CRM, TotalView, and Microsoft Suite expertise preferredTwo or more years of experience in a client service or communication-focused roleHigh school diploma or equivalent required
