As a Job Accounting Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing crucial support to our Emerald Coast Striping/McShea Contracting business.

Job Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and posting all job cost in preparation for month end close on a weekly basis to include Revenue, Material and Equipment cost, review payroll cost as posted by payroll and notification of adjustments as needed. They need to be able to coordinate with division managers to acquire job information on a weekly basis to post to Vista. Other duties as assigned and needed.

The successful candidate chosen will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a PE (Private Equity) backed company. This is an on-site position (no remote) at our Panama City, FL location.
Qualifications: Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external service providers to maximize performance, solve business problems, and drive results. Some college coursework completed preferred, High school graduate required. 3-5 years office experience a must Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred Proven experience in Excel and all Microsoft Office tools a must Experience with software programs like Vista a major plus Strong data analytical skills with strong mathematical and systems skills. Excellent communication and computer skills. Attention to detail, ability to meet or exceed deadlines is a must
