Responsibilities
Sends field case management reports and invoices to customers using special instructions for each customerVerifies billing is within guidelines for case managers for the respective customerBills each file according to customer instructionsResearches errors and processes payments Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative detailsMay be assigned to various functional areas of the company
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
2-4 Years of Accounting/ Billing Support Experience
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience
