Key Accounts/Programs Manager
Description
This is an exciting time to join the CEA team! The Key Accounts/Program Manager will manage comprehensive programs dedicated to residential and non-residential customer engagement and solutions; lead marketing, customer relations, and customer assistance activities; establish and implement customer agreements; develop solutions to address customer problems; prepare reports and business plans; assess community issues and concerns; develop and conduct workshops and seminars for customers; act as ombudsman for customers in resolving utility issues; represent CEA at industry events; and support the activities of CEA ' s Community Advisory Committee. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with excellent writing and presentation skills. They are a creative problem solver who is forward thinking, solutions-oriented, resourceful, and politically astute. They seek input from and work effectively with people who have diverse views, interests, and backgrounds and build and maintain trust-based relationships with community members, local businesses, other publicly owned utilities, and professional organizations. They are comfortable performing the majority of their work independently, without anyone to delegate to.
