Job Description and Duties

The incumbent is responsible for the management of the Reimbursement/ProLaw Units and the Cashiering/Revolving Fund Units in the Accounting Office. The position provides technical expertise to staff and management in the Reimbursement (invoice/collection processes), ProLaw time reporting system, Cashiering and Revolving Fund processes and develops a high level of professional competency in subordinate employees.

The incumbent is d irectly responsible for ensuring the Department meets all the criteria of the Accounts Receivable Management Act. This includes knowledge of all discharge of accountability regulations, establishing reasonable recovery fee costs for collection efforts and submission of the annual report to the State Controller's Office on the Departments accounts receivables and discharge accounts.

Working Conditions
