Job Description and Duties

You can be part of the support team for these Corpsmembers as they maintain trails, retrofit buildings to save energy, and fight fires. The Accountant 1 will perform the duties of the Cashiering Desk. Specific duties are outlined in the attached Duty Statement and include:

  • Preparing the bank deposit
  • Recording the bank deposit in the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal)
  • Working with Accounts Receivable (AR) staff to ensure revenue is recorded accurately
  • Assisting Accounts Payable (AP) staff by creating vouchers in FI$Cal

Working Conditions

This position reports to CCC Headquarters located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. A hybrid telework option is available.
